Where are archived ChatGPT chats?

Click on your profile name or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the ChatGPT sidebar. From the menu that appears, click Settings to open your account options.

In the Settings modal, look at the sidebar on the left and select Data controls. This section handles your chat history, location data, and shared links.

Find the Archived chats row and click the Manage button next to it. A new window will pop up listing every conversation you have archived. Click any chat title to open and read it, or click the unarchive icon to return it to your active sidebar.
