What this looks like in practice
A consultant runs three live engagements, a retainer client, and an internal practice-development thread. Native ChatGPT showed all of it as one stream of recent chats, with the wrong client opening more often than the right one. With GPT Master, each engagement got a top-level folder with subfolders for proposals, research, and meeting prep, color-labeled by status. When an engagement wraps, Bulk Actions move the whole folder to an Archive parent in one move.
